Join us  in this unique sacred womb ceremony to release  unwanted energies and reconnect with your body through practicing  candlelit yoga with Trauma informed specialist LeaveHerWildYoga,  receiving an intuitive massage to stimulate and release through your  Crown  Chakra with Tiny House Retreats, participating in a sacred gong bath to  help shift emotional blockages and even stimulate altered states  of consciousness with Lizzie Hargopal and finishing off with a healing oracle  card circle.

As  women, our womb holds the key to our deepest intuition and has the  power to unlock a sense of fullness and pleasure in our lives. It is  also the place where we tend to hold a lot of stress, tension and trauma  and is of course the magical place where we create life. Due to this,  it is important to clear energies in this area close to your Sacral  Chakra and allow Prana to flow naturally through the body, removing any  blockages needed, which may have manifested physically, energetically or  emotionally. This can sometimes allow feelings of sadness to arise as  the energies leave your body, our facilitators are here to hold a safe  space for this release to happen, which is why this workshop will be  offered in a small group with limited spaces.

Cork  Yoga mats, Organic cotton buckwheat filled bolsters, organic blankets,  lavender scented eye pillows and herbal teas will be provided by Aikyam  Collective so you just need to bring yourselves. You are also welcome to  bring your own equipment if you would prefer.
